Title Zonal Sales Head

The Zonal Sales Head for Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Gujarat will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement across Sales, Specifications, and Field Marketing within the assigned Zone to meet the business goals. This includes enhancing the sales process, as well as managing infrastructure effectively. The key responsibilities of this role include: - Implementing identified initiatives in the Zone to attain the overall sales targets. - Effectively executing Major and Key initiatives at the zonal level in Market Development, Distribution expansion, and Sales Operation. - Conducting extensive field visits to engage with employees, dealers, and end users. - Gathering feedback on various aspects of the business such as product quality, pricing, packaging, new product concepts, supply status, competitor activities, and promotional schemes. - Documenting the feedback transparently for the Head Office (HO) and collaborating with key stakeholders to address the feedback and drive necessary actions. - Recognizing successful practices and replicating them in other areas of the zone, while also sharing these successes with the HO for potential implementation in other regions of India. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel to other states. The preferred candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in network marketing. The work location will be on-site. Thank you.,
