Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement

    comprehensive sales and marketing strategies

    to achieve company objectives.
  • Drive

    brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives

    in the Assigned States.
  • Analyze

    market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes

    to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Ensure

    consistent brand positioning

    and maintain quality standards across all marketing channels.

Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Lead and expand the business for

    PTMT Taps, Faucets, Valves & Accessories, PPR, PE-RT, MDPE Pipes & respective Fittings

    , and future product launches.
  • Formulate and implement

    new product identification, strategic planning, and product promotion

    strategies.
  • Set and achieve

    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    to drive business growth on their designated states.
  • Expand the

    distribution network and strengthen channel development

    .
  • Monitor and enhance

    profitability, cost efficiency, and business performance

    .

Team Management & Performance Optimization

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the

    sales and marketing team

    to achieve high performance.
  • Conduct

    regular team meetings, market visits, and follow-ups

    to ensure smooth execution of strategies.
  • Foster a culture of

    innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement

    within the marketing team.
  • Develop

    project marketing initiatives

    across all designated areas/states.

Operational & Financial Management

  • Efficiently

    plan and manage budgets

    to optimize marketing expenditure.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the

    companys business policies and credit policies

    .
  • Oversee and ensure

    timely payment collections

    from clients and channel partners.
  • Establish and monitor

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

Target Expectations:

  • Achieve a

    sales target per quarter assigned by the Management

    as per company objectives.
  • Contribute to the companys

    25-30% annual growth rate
