Responsible for overall operations of Mill Zone which includes Plate Mill, Bar Mill, and Hot Rolling Mill to achieve production, quality, and cost targets. Ensures safe, efficient, and continuous operations through effective planning, coordination, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead mill operations to meet production and quality goals.
Optimize process efficiency, yield, and cost.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.
Ensure compliance with safety and statutory standards.
Drive continuous improvement and team development.
Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production.
18+ years’ experience in Mill zone with leadership exposure.
