Job Description

Purpose of the Role:

The Zonal Head is responsible for leading, managing, and growing the operations and sales functions within the assigned zone. This includes driving revenue and profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, building and developing high-performing teams, and aligning with organizational strategies and values. The role requires close coordination with multiple departments to ensure smooth business operations, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and gross margin achievement for AMC & RC business within the zone.
  • Expand pest management services by acquiring new customers and entering new segments.
  • Establish new branches with the necessary infrastructure to meet growing business needs.
  • Ensure timely and effective service delivery with a focus on quality and inventory control.
  • Monitor branch operations to ensure adherence to company standards and compliance.
  • Oversee zonal implementation of IT and other organizational initiatives.
  • Ensure all branches and employees meet fumigation accreditation and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain licenses, certifications, and accreditations for all zonal locations.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through regular monitoring of service levels and direct interactions.
  • Identify and close service gaps between customer expectations and actual delivery.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop competent team members while minimizing regrettable attrition.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture by conducting strategic sales planning and succession development.
  • Prepare team members for future roles through mentoring and capability building.
  • Conduct monthly branch reviews (Sales & Ops) and maintain structured documentation (MOMs).
  • Ensure implementation and achievement of strategic initiatives (SIA) assigned by the Head Office.
  • Align zonal activities with Pestincts core values and strategic direction.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience in sales and operations management, preferably in pest management or service industry
  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams across regions/zones
