Zonal Head

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple branches/units within the assigned zone
• Develop and implement zonal strategies to achieve business and operational targets
• Monitor performance metrics, revenue growth, and cost control across units
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and quality protocols
• Guide Cluster Heads / Unit Heads and support them in achieving KPIs
• Drive patient/customer satisfaction and service quality improvements
• Coordinate with senior management on planning, budgeting, and expansion activities
• Handle escalations and resolve operational challenges effectively
• Conduct regular reviews, audits, and performance evaluations

Requirements & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience as Zonal Head / Regional Head / Senior Operations Manager
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience in healthcare or hospital management is an added advantage
• Willingness to travel within the assigned zone

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
