Zonal Head

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day operations of hospitals within the assigned zone

• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care and service excellence

• Implement hospital policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives uniformly

• Monitor and improve operational efficiency, KPIs, and productivity

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and safety norms

• Manage budgets, cost controls, and financial performance of the zone

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate Hospital Administrators and senior staff

• Coordinate with medical, nursing, and support departments to resolve issues

• Drive business growth, patient satisfaction, and brand reputation

• Handle escalations related to operations, staff, or patient concerns

• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management

Qualifications & Experience :

• Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, MBA, or related field

• Minimum [8–12] years of experience in hospital administration, with multi-unit or regional leadership experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, NABH/JCI standards, and healthcare regulations

• Proven leadership, decision-making, and people management skills

• Ability to travel within the assigned zone

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
