Key Responsibilities: • Handle front office and reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering calls. • Manage office correspondence, emails, and documentation. • Maintain office records, files, and databases accurately. • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. • Support HR and other departments with administrative tasks as needed. • Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained. • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and staff for smooth operations. Requirements: • Diploma or degree in any discipline; relevant administrative experience is a plus. • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations. • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. • Professional, courteous, and able to handle tasks independently.
