Job Description

Job Title: Admin Executive AMC / Service Coordination

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Handle
daily AMC calls
, follow-ups, and customer interactions for service queries.
Schedule and coordinate
technician visits
to ensure timely service.
Manage
parts inventory
, track stock in/out, and coordinate procurement with vendors.
Prepare
letters, reports, and formatted documents
using Microsoft Word & Excel.
Maintain
service records, logs, and documentation
for all customer interactions and requests.
Track and ensure
timely closure of service requests
.
Coordinate with vendors for parts and services as needed.
Prepare
daily/weekly/monthly reports
on service activities, attendance, and follow-ups.
Ensure
timely billing and payment follow-ups
for services rendered.
Monitor staff attendance and maintain office correspondence (emails, calls, letters).
Maintain compliance with company policies and
update warranty & contract details
.
Ensure smooth
communication between service team, customers, and vendors
.

Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office tools
Strong
coordination and organizational skills
Excellent
communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to track multiple service requests and follow up proactively
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Vendor coordination and inventory management experience
