Job Description

Job Title: Final Quality Checker / Quality Engineer

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain
quality standards and quality control systems
.
Monitor and analyze
quality performance
and identify areas for improvement.
Perform
final inspection and testing
of materials, equipment, processes, and finished products to ensure specifications are met.
Conduct
in-process and final QC checks
and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Train production personnel to improve product quality and
reduce rejections
.
Collaborate with
Production and R&D teams
to address and resolve quality issues.
Handle
customer complaints
, perform
CCR / root cause analysis
, and implement corrective actions.
Investigate and troubleshoot
product and production-related quality issues
.
Develop and implement
corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
.
Maintain and update all
quality-related documentation
, reports, and records.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in
Electronics / EXTC / E&TC
.
Minimum
1+ year of experience
in Quality, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control (preferably in
equipment/machinery manufacturing
).
Hands-on experience in
Final QC and Process QC
.
Strong
analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
.
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Knowledge of
QC tools, inspection procedures, and testing methods
Exposure to
ISO quality systems and documentation
