Job Description

JD:

Perform analysis of RM/PM, in-process, and finished products as per STP/Specifications.
Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, Dissolution, and related systems.
Ensure documentation as per ALCOA+ principles and maintain data integrity.
Execute method validation, method transfer, and stability sample analysis as applicable.
Handle laboratory incidents, OOS/OOT results, and deviation investigations as per SOP.
Maintain qualification/calibration status of instruments and adhere to lab safety standards.
Support regulatory inspections, internal audits, and continuous improvement activities

Skills:

Strong knowledge of
HPLC, GC, Dissolution, and Analytical Techniques
Good understanding of
GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, WHO)
Proficient in
SOP/Documentation data integrity (ALCOA+)
Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to work under timelines with accuracy and compliance mindset
Basic computer proficiency: LIMS, Empower, Chromeleon (if applicable), MS Office
