Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) for high-precision aerospace parts. Develop and optimize 2D and 3D CNC programs using CAM software (such as MasterCAM and SolidCAM). Modify and input programs using G/M codes for Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain controllers. Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T symbols. Select tools, jigs, and fixtures as per job requirement. Conduct first article inspection and in-process quality checks.
