Job Title: Accounts Executive / Sr. Accounts Executive (ImportExport & GST)

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

• Booking of

  Purchase Bills

  including

  Stock, Expenses, and Import bills

  for factory operations.

• Vendor ledger reconciliation

  and resolution of discrepancies.
• Preparation of

  payment lists

  and sharing

  payment advice

  after approvals.

• ORM submission to banks

  and coordination for resolving discrepancies.
• Follow-up of

  Import and Local bills

  to ensure maximum booking and

  GST ITC availment

  .
• Processing bills for approval and executing vendor payments.
  

• GST Debit Note reconciliation

  and GST compliance support.
• Preparation and monitoring of

  MSME vendor outstanding lists

  .

• RoDTEP reconciliation with ICEGATE and Books of Accounts

  .

• Custom Duty reconciliation

  and import-related accounting.
• Follow-up with

  irregular GST filers

  to ensure eligible ITC claims.
• Preparation and maintenance of

  Personal & Company Investment sheets

  .
• Working on

  Personal Expense sheets

  .
• Assisting in

  Personal ITR working

  .
• Maintain proper documentation, MIS reports, and audit support records.
  

Skills & Competencies (Mandatory)

• Strong working knowledge of

  Tally (ERP / Prime)

• Hands-on experience in

  Import–Export accounting

• Practical knowledge of

  GST, ITC reconciliation, Debit Notes

• Experience with

  RoDTEP, ICEGATE, ORM submissions

• Vendor reconciliation and payment processing expertise
  
• Good command of

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot preferred)
• Ability to coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams
  
• High attention to detail and compliance orientation
  

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to

  Factory Accounting

• Knowledge of

  Custom Duty & BOE accounting

• Experience handling

  MSME compliance

• Support in

  ITR working and personal accounting
