Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee

  Power Distribution Systems (6.6/11/33KV)

  .
• Selection, operation, and maintenance of

  Power & Distribution Transformers

  .
• MV & LV Panel selection and maintenance.
• Selection and maintenance of

  Protection Relays, HT & LT Motors, and Cables

  .
• Lead

  Project & Maintenance Management

  activities.
• Implement and monitor

  Inventory Control, 5S & TPM practices

  .
• Conduct

  Condition Monitoring

  of electrical and automation equipment.
• Selection and maintenance of

  MV & LV VVVF & Soft Starters

  .
• Ensure compliance with

  IMS, EnMS, Electrical & Plant Safety

  standards.
• Proficiency in

  SAP PM & MM Modules

  .
• Knowledge of

  Industrial Instrumentation

  .

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in electrical systems, safety, and instrumentation.
• Proven leadership and large team-handling capability.
• Hands-on experience in large industrial plants (preferably steel, power, or heavy manufacturing).
• Strong project management and maintenance management skills.

Project Coordinator cum Mechanical Equipment Erection In-Charge

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all

  mechanical erection and related activities

  .
• Independently handle

  site activities including erection, trial runs, and commissioning of equipment

  .
• Supervise and coordinate project work to ensure timely execution and quality standards.
• Manage manpower, contractors, and resources effectively for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project safety, quality, and reporting requirements.

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong expertise in

  Conveyors, Bag Filters, Screens, Blowers, and Booster Erection

  .
• Experience in handling large mechanical projects in heavy industries.

• Experience in Lime Plant projects

  will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and coordination skills.
