Business Process Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze current business processes and map them to SAP solutions. Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Conduct workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and document functional specifications. System Integration: Support integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules (SD, WM, PP, FICO) and third-party systems. Testing & Support: Lead testing efforts (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing), identify issues, and resolve them in a timely manner. User Training & Support: Provide training to end-users, and offer post- implementation support to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Change Management: Assist in the change management process and ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems. Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements. Key Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP MM (Materials Management) module in at least 1-2 full-cycle SAP implementations. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP MM configuration, including purchasing, inventory management, material master data, procurement, and invoice verification processes. Functional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and materials planning within SAP MM. Integration Experience: Experience with integration of SAP MM with other modules like SD, FICO, WM, PP, and third-party systems. Tools: Proficiency in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA versions. Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex business problems, offer innovative solutions, and configure SAP MM accordingly. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP Costing processes, ensuring accurate product cost estimates, cost of goods manufactured (COGM), cost of goods sold (COGS), and variance analysis in SAP S/4HANA (or ECC). Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and implement SAP Product Costing solutions, including: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Activity Types, Cost Element Accounting Product Cost Planning (PPC), Standard Cost Estimation, BOM & Routing integration Actual Costing / Material Ledger (ML) WIP, Variance Calculation, Settlement of Orders Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to gather requirements and design solutions aligned with business needs. Support monthly/quarterly closing activities related to product costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and physiotherapists in the OHC to ensure holistic patient care. Stay updated on best practices in clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and industrial dietary management. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or equivalent. Registered Dietician certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dietician, preferably in occupational health, hospital, or industrial healthcare setup. Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, occupational health nutrition, and preventive healthcare. Experience in large-scale menu planning and industrial canteen management will be an added advantage. As the Head of Central Refractory at Jindal Steel, your role involves leading and managing the refractory function within the steel plant. Your primary objectives will be to ensure reliable refractory performance, optimize costs, and drive continuous improvement to support uninterrupted operations. In this position, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing refractory strategies across various plant units such as SMS, LF, BOF/EAF, CCM, BF, LDP, Mills, and the Power plant. It will be crucial to plan refractory requirements in alignment with production targets and develop vendor strategies to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency from both indigenous and global suppliers. Your duties will include supervising refractory installation, gunning, ramming, and relining activities for furnaces, ladles, tundishes, and other equipment. Monitoring refractory consumption, wear patterns, and campaign life of critical vessels like BOF/EAF, LF, RH, and CCM tundish will be essential. Coordination with Production & Maintenance teams will also be necessary to minimize downtime resulting from refractory issues. You will be expected to analyze refractory performance data, introduce best practices and innovative technologies, conduct failure analysis, and implement corrective measures.
