Project Head/Mine Agent -
Project Head/Mine Agent with relevant experience of more than 20 Years in the field of coal mine development and mining in a green field coal mine project. He should have a degree in Mining Engineering and First Class Mine Managers Competency Certificate. He will be responsible for overall project development an meeting the efficiency parameter timelines.Geologist -
One Senior Geologist having more than 15 Years of relevant experience of Coal mine exploration activities, Geological modelling, Geological report preparation, laboratory analysis etc. He will be responsible for timely completion of exploration activities, and GR approval. He will also be responsible for presentation of GR with MoC.Geologist
- One Geologist having more than 5 Years of relevant experience in Coal mine exploration and drilling activities. He will closely work along with the team of CMPDI at site.Environment and Forest In-charge -
Senior environment engineer(DGM/AGM) with 15 years of relevant experience of obtaining environment and Forest clearance, TOR, EIA/EMP, CTE, CTO, CGWA NoC and other related approvals required to operationalise the coal block. He should be well versed with forest land approvals also . Post operationalisation of coal block he will be responsible for compliance of all the conditions related to environment clearances and forest.Environment Engineer -
Environment engineer having about 5 yeas of relevant experience of working in the ground for environment related matters in a green field coal mines project.Forest Officer -
Forest Officer(DM/AM) Having relevant experience of forestry clearances. He will be responsible to assist in obtaining all forestry clearances within efficiency parameters timeline.Land acquisition In-charge-
Land Acquisition In charge with relevant experience of land acquisition and discussions with local authorities & villagers, preferably in Angul/Talcher area. He will be responsible to ensure uninterrupted exploration and project development activities. He will also be responsible for land acquisition, R&R and collaboration with locals & govt. officials for timely operationalisation of coal block. Acquisition of forest land with identification of CA land will also be under his domain.Land officer-
Land officer With should have relevantexperience of land acquisition in Odisha as per RFCTLAR&R Act 2013. He will be responsible to assist Head Land for timely completion of land acquisition activities.R&R officer -
He should have relevant experience of R&R in Odisha as per RFCTLAR&R Act 2013 and Odisha R&R policies. He will be responsible to assist Land In-Charge for timely completion of R&R.Mine Manager -
Mine Manager (DGM/AGM) with relevant experience of 12-15 years in green field project development and mine operation, with Degree in Mining Engineering & First Class Mine Managers Certificate of Competency. He will assist the Project head and will be responsible for the approval of Mine Plan & Mine Closure Plan, Mining lease, and pre-operationalisation activities for the timely operationalisation of the Coal block. Post operationalisation of Coal Block, he will be responsible for overall Mine Operation from the Coal Block as Mine Manager.Surveyor
- with 10-15 Years of experience of working as Mine Surveyor in an opencast coal mine with a Surveyor Certificate. The work experience of working in a green field project will be preferred. He will be responsible for all the survey-related activities, preparation and maintenance of statutory plans.Civil Engineer
- Civil Engineer with 5 Years of experience and should have a degree in Civil Engineering. He will be responsible for the development of civil infrastructure like R&R colony, weigh bridge, Mines office, etc.Draughtsman -
Diploma in Civil/mining with relevant experience of 5 years.
