Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Operations Manage website (Shopify/Magento), product listings, inventory, and fulfillment. Marketplace Management – Optimize product performance on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. Digital Marketing & SEO – Run paid ads (Google, Meta), influencer collaborations, and organic SEO. Customer Engagement – Improve retention through email marketing, CRM tools, and loyalty programs. Analytics & Reporting – Track KPIs, analyze traffic, and generate performance reports.
