The ideal candidate should have expertise in D2C platforms, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa etc.), digital marketing, and customer experience . Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Operations Manage website (Shopify/Magento), product listings, inventory, and fulfillment. Marketplace Management – Optimize product performance on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. Digital Marketing & SEO – Run paid ads (Google, Meta), influencer collaborations, and organic SEO. Customer Engagement – Improve retention through email marketing, CRM tools, and loyalty programs. Analytics & Reporting – Track KPIs, analyze traffic, and generate performance reports. Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in e-commerce & digital marketing (preferably in jewelry/luxury retail). Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketplaces . Experience with Shopify, or similar platforms . Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics & CRM tools . Passion for jewelry trends and online retail strategies.
