Assistant E-Commerce Manager

Role & responsibilities :- We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to drive online sales, optimize digital marketing, and manage marketplace operations for our jewelry brand. The ideal candidate should have expertise in D2C platforms, marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa etc.), digital marketing, and customer experience . Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Operations Manage website (Shopify/Magento), product listings, inventory, and fulfillment. Marketplace Management – Optimize product performance on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and others. Digital Marketing & SEO – Run paid ads (Google, Meta), influencer collaborations, and organic SEO. Customer Engagement – Improve retention through email marketing, CRM tools, and loyalty programs. Analytics & Reporting – Track KPIs, analyze traffic, and generate performance reports. Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in e-commerce & digital marketing (preferably in jewelry/luxury retail). Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and marketplaces . Experience with Shopify, or similar platforms . Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics & CRM tools . Passion for jewelry trends and online retail strategies.
