This newly built complex stands as one of the finest sports infrastructures in Odisha, equipped with world-class amenities across multiple disciplines including cricket, football, badminton, squash, table tennis, athletics, gymnasium, paddle court, and more.

As part of Jindal Steel’s vision to create a balanced environment for academic and physical excellence, the Sports Complex aims to provide students and young individuals with structured training and education in physical fitness and professional sports.

We are hiring coaches for:

Coach / Instructor – Squash,Cricket,Badminton,Table Tennis, Athletics, Gymnasium (Fitness Trainer),Kabaddi, Football

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education / Sports Science preferred.

• National-level certification or equivalent recognition as a coach is mandatory.

• Certification from respective national sports federation or government-recognized coaching body preferred.

• Conduct regular coaching sessions and technical training.

• Plan and execute practice schedules aligned with competition calendars.

• Identify and nurture sports talent at beginner and advanced levels.

• Monitor player performance and maintain progress records.

• Organize tournaments, competitions, and inter-departmental matches.

• Ensure discipline, fitness, and safety standards.

• Manage sports infrastructure and coordinate with administration.
