Coach

As a Health Care Coach at Altruist BPO Services, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their recovery journey. Your responsibilities will include: - Counsel patients dealing with chronic, acute, or post-surgical conditions. - Follow up on patient health status post-discharge and offer psychosocial support. - Coordinate patient needs with healthcare providers and document treatment progress. - Provide guidance to patients using predefined FAQs, especially regarding surgeries and hospital outcomes. - Participate in team training sessions and implement regular performance feedback. To be successful in this role, we are looking for individuals with the following qualifications: - Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi; knowledge of regional languages like Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, and Malayalam is a plus. - Strong listening skills and natural empathy towards patients. - Basic understanding of medical conditions and terminologies. - Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and a genuine passion for engaging with patients. Educational and professional background requirements include: - Bachelor's degree in Life Science stream or education in Clinical, Medico, Biology, or Allied Health Sciences (e.g., Paramedics, Clinical Psychologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians, Nutritionists, etc.). - Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; however, freshers with strong profiles may also be considered.
