As a NEET/JEE Student Coach at our office in Noida sector 62, you will be a vital part of our mentorship team for NEET/JEE aspirants. Your primary responsibility will be to guide and support students in their preparation journey without any involvement in sales or counseling activities. Your daily tasks will include creating personalized timetables, resolving doubts, tracking progress, and providing practical solutions to prep challenges. Additionally, you will be expected to build strong relationships with students and offer guidance on both academic and non-academic issues. Key Responsibilities: - Help create and monitor personalized timetables and preparation strategies. - Be available daily for student check-ins and doubt resolution. - Track student progress and keep them accountable. - Build strong rapport and trust with students. - Provide quick, practical solutions to day-to-day prep challenges. - Share basic academic inputs. - Guide students on non-academic issues like stress, motivation, and exam pressure. Requirements: - Deep understanding of the NEET/JEE exam structure, syllabus, and preparation journey. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students. - Experience in mentoring, coaching, or student support roles preferred. - Excellent communication and listening skills. - Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. - Basic subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry, or Math/Biology required. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in education or career coaching. - Alumni of premier institutions (IIT/NIT/AIIMS) or individuals with personal experience in NEET/JEE prep are encouraged to apply. - Prior experience in ed-tech or student-facing mentorship roles is a bonus.
