Provide leadership in the development, implementation, and review of academic programs and curricula. Coordinate with faculty members to develop and refine teaching methods, materials, and learning outcomes. Oversee faculty recruitment, performance evaluations, and professional development. Curriculum Development and Academic Planning: Lead the design, review, and improvement of academic programs, courses, and syllabi, ensuring alignment with institutional goals, industry standards, and emerging trends.
