Dietitian

As a Dietician in the Occupational Health Center (OHC), your primary responsibilities will include conducting nutritional assessments for employees and patients, designing personalized diet charts for individuals with lifestyle disorders, and providing dietary guidance for those exposed to occupational risks. You will be tasked with planning balanced and nutritious menus for various canteens, monitoring food quality and hygiene standards, and counseling employees on healthy eating practices to prevent fatigue and illnesses. In addition, you will develop nutrition programs to support worker well-being, conduct awareness sessions on balanced diets and workplace nutrition, and collaborate with healthcare professionals in the OHC to ensure comprehensive patient care. It will be essential to maintain accurate records of dietary assessments, menu plans, and interventions for compliance and reporting purposes, while staying updated on the latest practices in clinical nutrition and occupational health nutrition. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Nutrition & Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or a related field, with a preference for Registered Dietician certification. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Dietician in settings such as occupational health, hospitals, or industrial healthcare is required, along with a strong understanding of clinical nutrition and preventive healthcare. Experience in menu planning for large-scale operations and excellent communication and counseling skills will be advantageous for this position.,
