Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth through B2B sales, digital sales, media sales, print sales, radio sales, and key account management.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and expand existing client relationships in the FMCG industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals with potential clients to increase market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive FMCG landscape.

Job Requirements :

  • 8-15 years of experience in ad sales, b2b sales, corporate sales or related fields.
  • Proven track record of success in generating revenue through various channels (digital/media/print).
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship-building.
