Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Pune, focusing on B2B clients across various industries.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion through upselling and cross-selling digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.

Job Requirements :

  • 10-15 years of experience in ad sales, b2b sales, corporate sales, digital sales, media sales or radio sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective key account management.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian advertising industry's dynamics and trends.
