Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Relationship Management:
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with local
retailers and business owners
.
Field Activity:
Must be able to complete at least
8-10 customer calls (field visits) per day
as a part of regular job duties.
Lead Conversion:
Contact leads, set up appointments, and conduct persuasive presentations to retailers to close deals and secure product placement.
Product Demonstration:
Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services, and proficiently
demonstrate product features
to customers using the company's sales app.
Financial Accountability:
Be fully accountable for
payment settlement and collection
from retailers in the assigned area.
Customer Feedback:
Monitor all customer queries, ensure timely response to issues, and gather market/customer feedback to share with internal teams for product improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

Field Sales Veteran:
Minimum of
1-3 years of proven experience
in a high-activity
Field Sales
or
Business Development
role.
Industry Focus:
Prior experience in the
Retail, FMCD, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or Consumer Durables
industry is highly preferred, demonstrating an understanding of B2B distribution and managing local retail accounts.
Sales Accountability:
A documented history of consistently
meeting or exceeding weekly/monthly sales targets
and successfully closing B2B deals.
Mobility:
Must
own a two-wheeler
and be willing to travel extensively within the assigned local market.
