The ideal candidate will take full ownership of our presence on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, handling everything from setting up accounts to managing listings, product photography, order fulfillment, and sales optimization. This is a vital role for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing all aspects of e-commerce operations. Responsibilities: Account Setup & Management: Create and maintain seller accounts on e-commerce platforms. Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines. Product Listings: Create accurate and compelling product descriptions, titles, and specifications. Handle or coordinate high-quality product photography. Optimize listings using appropriate keywords and strategies to boost visibility. Inventory & Order Management: Monitor stock levels and update listings regularly. Manage order processing, shipping, and return handling efficiently. Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Ensure a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience for customers. Strategic Expansion: Research and onboard new marketplaces to grow the business. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in the mobile and gadgets category. Expertise in handling Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho platforms, including listing optimization and platform rules. Familiarity with product photography and image editing.
