Job Title: Sales Executive – Mobile Accessories

Location: Ludhiana (Model Town)
Experience: Minimum 1 year

Perfect Communication, a leading store specializing in mobile and electronic accessories, gadgets, laminations, screen guards, hardware and software repair, and spare parts, is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to manage the mobile accessories counter. This role requires strong customer engagement skills, the ability to handle both retail and wholesale clients, and a sales-driven approach to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Handling & Sales

• Assist walk-in customers and wholesalers in selecting mobile and electronic accessories.
• Provide expert product recommendations and promote high-demand items.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers to ensure repeat business.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and transaction processing efficiently.

Stock & Inventory Management

• Ensure stock availability and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display at the counter.
• Keep track of fast-moving products and customer preferences.

Sales & Growth Strategies

• Work towards achieving sales targets through excellent customer service.
• Suggest and implement upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mobile accessories sales (retail and wholesale preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of mobile and electronic accessories, their specifications, and market trends.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance customer experience.
• Trustworthy, responsible, and motivated to grow with the company.

Salary will be discussed during the interview and will be based on experience and skills.
