Job Responsibilities:
- Integration and Implementation: Integrate and implement Zoho One tool across various business functions, ensuring seamless and efficient workflows.
- Business Analysis: Analyse business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for automation and improvement using Zoho-One tools.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Zoho-One tools to meet specific business needs, including creating custom modules, fields, workflows, and reports.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end users on the effective use of Zoho One tools, ensuring maximum adoption and user satisfaction.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to Zoho-One tools, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Zoho-One tools, including data migration, data cleansing, and data synchronisation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, finance, HR, and project management, to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest features, updates, and best practices related to Zoho One tools, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in integrating and implementing Zoho One tools, with a strong track record of successful deployments.
- Zoho Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Zoho One suite, including but not limited to Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, and Zoho Creator.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with APIs and webhooks for system integration.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to analyse requirements and translate them into effective Zoho One solutions.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities, and to quickly learn and apply new technologies and concepts.
- Certification: Zoho certifications, such as Zoho Certified Developer or Zoho Certified Consultant, are a plus.
