Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges related to Zoho-One tools, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within Zoho-One tools, including data migration, data cleansing, and data synchronisation. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, finance, HR, and project management, to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions. Zoho Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Zoho One suite, including but not limited to Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, and Zoho Creator. Technical Skills: Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with APIs and webhooks for system integration. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to analyse requirements and translate them into effective Zoho One solutions. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner. Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities, and to quickly learn and apply new technologies and concepts.
