You will be responsible for leading a team of Content Moderators whose role is analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual and you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns. Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, any role supporting content moderation needs strong resilience and coping skills. As an AWS Reporting Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing advanced reporting solutions and dashboards using AWS cloud technologies. You will leverage your expertise in data visualization tools, SQL, and reporting frameworks to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency while driving innovation in reporting processes.
What are we looking for? •o 8/10+ years of experience in Reporting, MIS, or Data Analytics. o Proficiency in SQL for data querying, manipulation, and analysis. o Expertise in AWS cloud technologies, including QuickSight for dashboard creation. o Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight. o Strong understanding of programming concepts (e.g., JSON, Macros) and automation techniques. o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. o Experience in leveraging AWS capabilities for forecasting, anomaly detection, and machine learning. o Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly. o Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work under pressure. o Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. o Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. o Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. o Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and environments. o Commitment to continuous improvement in reporting processes to drive strategic outcomes. o Ability to document and maintain process-related materials. o Skilled in summarizing and presenting insights from ad hoc data requests to support management, operations, and quality teams. o Detail-oriented with the ability to validate and verify data accuracy.
Roles and Responsibilities: •o Develop and deliver complex reporting solutions, including scheduled and ad hoc reports, tailored to business needs. o Build and optimize dashboards and reporting tools using AWS cloud-based solutions, including QuickSight. o Utilize SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight to create impactful reports and dashboards. o Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for operational metrics, reporting standards, and AWS-based reporting frameworks. o Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting outputs. o Collaborate with stakeholders, including Operations Managers, Workforce Management, and PMO teams, to gather requirements and deliver insights. o Provide forecasting, anomaly detection, and actionable insights using AWS capabilities, including machine learning tools. o Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
