Workforce Management Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Management (WFM) Reporting Analysts and Senior Analysts to join our team in Pune. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing workforce data, performing advanced analysis, and delivering critical MIS reports that support capacity planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly workforce management reports.
• Perform data analytics and detailed forecasting to optimize labor capacity and resource allocation.
• Monitor and analyze workforce performance metrics and identify report errors for correction.
• Present reports and analytics findings clearly to stakeholders, primarily in US or UK regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools.
• In Senior Analyst role, lead capacity planning efforts and drive forecasting accuracy to ensure effective workforce utilization.
• Identify trends and provide actionable insights for continuous process improvements.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Analyst: 2-4 years of relevant experience with strong Data Analytics and MIS reporting skills.
• Senior Analyst: 4-6 years experience with mandatory expertise in forecasting and capacity planning.
• Proven proficiency with advanced Excel and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder interactions, especially with US/UK clients.
• Ability to work independently and within a team to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation:

• Analyst: Up to 4.5 LPA
• Senior Analyst: Up to 7 LPA
