Job Description

Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform workforce planning decisions.
Develop and implement effective workforce management strategies to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver training programs that enhance workforce capabilities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners to leverage resources and expertise.

Job Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage large datasets.
Experience with workforce management tools and technologies, such as forecasting and scheduling software.
Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and best practices.
