Job Description

Configure, maintain, and enhance Workday Core HCM and Absence modules.
Manage Workday business process configurations aligned with global HR policies and operational requirements.
Support testing and validation of Workday releases, enhancements, and configuration changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues in coordination with HR and technical teams.
Serve as the primary functional expert and point of contact for HR Operations and HR Generalists.
Partner with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement system-driven solutions.
