Role: Infor to Workday Data Migration Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infor to Workday Data Migration Analyst to support the end-to-end migration of HR, payroll, and financial data from Infor systems to Workday. The analyst will be responsible for data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and successful load into Workday using Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, and other Workday tools. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of Infor data structures, and hands-on experience with Workday data models.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Extraction & Analysis

• Extract data from Infor HCM/Infor Lawson/Infor Finance systems using available tools and queries.
• Analyze legacy data structures and map them to Workday object models.
• Collaborate with SMEs to understand data formats, dependencies, and business rules.

2. Data Mapping & Transformation

• Create and maintain data mapping documents between Infor and Workday.
• Apply required transformations to align data with Workday templates and structures.
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues; work with stakeholders to resolve them.

3. Workday Data Load

• Prepare data in EIB templates, spreadsheets, or other Workday loading formats.
• Perform data loads into Workday, including test cycles and production loads.
• Validate successful data loads and troubleshoot failures.

4. Testing & Reconciliation

• Support Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, and parallel testing cycles.
• Perform detailed data reconciliation between Infor and Workday.
• Document defects and participate in defect resolution with cross-functional teams.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Workday implementation partners.
• Communicate data quality concerns and migration status clearly and proactively.
• Support cutover activities and post-go-live data corrections.

Required Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in data migration, preferably from Infor to Workday.
• Strong understanding of Infor HCM, Infor Lawson, or Infor Financials data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Workday EIBs, Core Connectors, Data Loader, and BPs.
• Strong SQL skills for extracting and validating data.
• Experience with data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, data cleanup).
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HR, Payroll, or Finance domain.
• Prior participation in a Workday implementation project.
• Familiarity with integration tools, middleware, or ETL concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
