Location: Remote (WFH) and India.

Type: Full-time or Part-time


We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with experience in Workday business consulting sales to the US or global markets. Experience in ERP and IT Consulting sales.Please apply only if you have experience in software services sales.


The Workday business development manager focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Workday ecosystem with Workday partners or Workday customers, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to expand the company's market presence. This role involves strategic planning, sales execution, and market analysis to achieve revenue targets.


Key Responsibilities:

Identifying and Developing New Business: This includes prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a pipeline of potential clients from Workday partners or customers.


Building Relationships: Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, is crucial. Establishing partnerships with Workday partner organizations.


Strategic Planning: Developing and executing go-to-market strategies, sales plans, and market analysis.


Sales Execution: Managing the full business development cycle, from sales outreach and initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals. Brings new logos.


Market Analysis: Understanding market trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs to position Workday solutions effectively. Comes with industry contacts to pitch the new services.


Reporting and Analysis: Tracking business development activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
