Experience: 5+ Years of Workday experience in the respective areas

- Workday certifications preferred but not mandatory

- Workday implementation and/or Workday production support experience

- Strong verbal/written communication skills and consulting experience

- Experience working with the client contacts directly and managing the tasks

- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex technical issues and support decision-making processes
