Workday Integrations Senior Consultant

We are HIRING! Workday Integrations Senior Consultants.

Location: India and Remote.

Qualifications:

- 5 years of Workday Integrations experience in designing and developing integrations

- Strong experience in building and debugging EIBs, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, Custom Reports, Workday Studio, API, PECI, PICOF integrations

- High level of proficiency in XSLT, XML, JSON, and Workday calculated fields

- Workday certifications in the Integrations area are preferred

- General knowledge of the Workday functional areas

- Workday implementation and/or Workday post-production support experience

- Experience working with the client and the vendor contacts

- Experience managing the testing and deployment of the integrations

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously

- Strong verbal/written communication skills and consulting experience

- Capability to simplify and present complex concepts clearly and concisely to clients or team members

- Ability to quickly learn and understand new Workday features and concepts

- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex technical issues and support decision-making processes
