The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting US customers with mortgage loan-related queries, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.
Handle US mortgage customer support via international voice process (inbound/outbound).
Assist customers with queries related to mortgage loans and escalate issues when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Deliver high-quality customer experience by resolving concerns promptly.
Meet process-related KPIs (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).
Experience: Minimum 1 year in an international voice process (mandatory).
Skills: Excellent English communication (spoken & written), customer handling skills, adaptability to night shifts.
CTC: 3.5 LPA
Working Days: 5 days working, 2 days rotational off
Interview Process: HR + Operations round
