Please note below details: Job location - Permanent WFH.5DAYS TIME - 6.30PM TO 3.30PM/5.30PM TO 2.30PM MANUFACTURING/ENGINEERING 4NOS REQUIRED. HEALTHCARE - 1NOS REQUIRED. Job Description: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist -US Role Objectives: Develop and implement cutting-edge recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent. Build strong relationships with passive candidates and guide them through an exceptional recruitment experience. Provide all candidates with a positive and personalized experience. Leverage innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage with skilled professionals. Collaborate with the Employer Branding and Marketing teams to execute impactful recruitment campaigns. Coordinate with the broader HR team to ensure a seamless employee experience. Responsibilities: Source potential candidates from niche platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and local tech communities. Screen resumes to identify candidates with the required technical skills and qualifications. Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants' abilities and fit for the role. Interview candidates using various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions). Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates about relevant job openings. Promote the company's reputation as an employer of choice. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments. Requirements and Skills: At least 2 years of recent experience in full-time Engineering roles or in full-time Healthcare/physician recruitment. Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and attracting top technical talent, with a passion for innovative recruiting solutions. Ability to identify candidates who not only possess the required skills but also align with the company's culture and values. Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Creative problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex hiring challenges and continuously learning. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
