Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MERN Full-Stack Developer who is passionate about building scalable, secure, high-performance applications that can handle millions of users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test, and deploy web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js.
  • Collaborate with mobile app developers (Flutter) to ensure seamless integration between web and app.
  • Build and optimize APIs for real-time features like chat, notifications, voice/video calls, and live streaming.
  • Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection measures.
  • Optimize backend for high concurrency, scalability, and performance.
  • Work closely with the UI/UX team to ensure a smooth and engaging user experience.
  • Integrate third-party APIs (payment gateways, cloud storage, AI/ML services).
Requirements
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with MERN stack.
  • Strong expertise in React (Hooks, Context API, Redux) and Node.js.
  • Experience with WebSockets / Socket.IO for real-time applications.
  • Knowledge of AWS / Digital Ocean and cloud-based deployments.
  • Experience with NoSQL database design & optimization.
  • Familiarity with security best practices for large-scale platforms.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI/ML integration and AR/VR APIs.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in microservices/modular architecture.
  • Understanding of scalable caching systems (Redis, CDN).
  • Prior work on social networking, streaming, or large user-base platforms.
