Web Development Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of scalable and innovative web development services across platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and other CMSs. 
• Understand client requirements and provide timely, high-quality solutions with the support of the web development team. 
• Oversee day-to-day operations of web projects – including planning, design, maintenance, and issue resolution. 
• Coordinate with the server and tech support teams to ensure site uptime and performance. 
• Monitor project progress using project management and reporting tools; ensure timelines and quality standards are met. 
• Communicate transparently with clients, manage expectations, and resolve delivery issues before they escalate. 
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance delivery workflows and exceed client objectives. 
• Manage and lead internal execution teams and external vendors to align on expectations and delivery goals. 
• Provide regular updates and reports to the Managing Director. 
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly delivery targets. 

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Web Development Project Manager or similar delivery-focused role. 
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with WordPress and other CMS platforms. 
• Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent communication (written and spoken) abilities. 
• Proven ability to manage teams, solve problems creatively, and maintain high attention to detail. 
• Experience using project management and communication tools effectively. 
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and result-oriented mindset.
