We build and maintain customer-facing web experiences that drive bookings, manage itineraries and payments, and deliver localised content for travellers across India.Role: Full Stack Web Developer (On-site, India)We are hiring an on-site Full Stack Web Developer to join a fast-moving travel & tours team. This role focuses on end-to-end web product delivery: building responsive websites, integrating booking and payment systems, optimising SEO and performance, and ensuring secure, reliable customer journeys across desktop and mobile.Role & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance customer-facing web applications (front-end and back-end) to support bookings, itineraries and content pages.
• Implement responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3 and modern JavaScript frameworks (React or equivalent) to deliver fast, accessible experiences across devices.
• Integrate and maintain RESTful APIs, payment gateways, third-party booking engines and CMS platforms (WordPress or headless CMS).
• Optimise site performance, SEO, and page speed; implement caching, lazy-loading and image optimisation for higher conversion rates.
• Ensure application security, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (WCAG basics) and reliable on-site uptime through monitoring and fixes.
• Collaborate with product, content and operations teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; participate in deployments and QA.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 2+ years professional experience building and shipping web applications (front-end & back-end) — portfolio or live sites preferred.
• Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and responsive design skills; experience with React, Vue or Angular.
• Back-end experience with Node.js or PHP and working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL/Postgres).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, payment gateways and managing WordPress/CMS-driven content.
• Practical knowledge of Git-based workflows, basic CI/CD, testing and deployment processes (Linux hosting, basic Docker familiarity a plus).
  

Preferred

• Experience in travel, hospitality or e‑commerce websites; familiarity with booking engines and localisation best practices.
• Understanding of SEO best practices, analytics tracking and site performance optimisation tools (Lighthouse, GTmetrix).
