Job Summary: We are looking for a Web Developer who will assist in front-end and back-end development, including design, coding, debugging, testing, and implementing new features. They will work with the team to build and maintain user-friendly, efficient web applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain WordPress websites (custom themes, plugins, Elementor, WooCommerce if needed). Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional, responsive web pages. Contribute to React.js / Next.js projects when needed (training/support will be provided). Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility. Ensure clean, reusable, and maintainable code. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions during development and deployment Required Skills: WordPress: Theme customization, plugin integration, Elementor/Divi, WooCommerce basics. Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), responsive design. React.js (basic to intermediate) – ability to learn and work on Next.js projects. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to follow design guidelines. Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control. Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO best practices. Good to Have (Plus Points): Experience with Next.js (or willingness to learn quickly). Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration. Basic knowledge of hosting, deployment, and cloud platforms (cPanel, AWS, Vercel, etc.). Prior agency/startup experience where you managed multiple projects simultaneously
