Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented Web Designer with a strong grasp of both UI/UX principles and modern website design tools to shape the visual identity of our products and our digital presence.

This role combines product UI/UX design and marketing website design. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to create elegant, responsive user interfaces — and also build high-impact web pages.

You will contribute to a wide range of projects—from designing complex ERP/CRM product interfaces to building sleek, high-impact marketing websites for our SaaS offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• UI Design: Create clean, modern, and intuitive user interfaces for ERP, CRM, and Project Management modules.

• Prototyping: Translate business workflows into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, Canva, and other contemporary design platforms.

• Website Design: Design responsive landing pages and marketing websites aligned with brand and UX goals.

• Design Consistency: Maintain a consistent design system and reusable UI component library across products.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective visual designs.

• Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing and iterate on user flows to improve overall user experience.

• Mobile-First Design: Deliver mobile-first designs with attention to accessibility, performance, and usability.

• Developer Handoff: Provide pixel-perfect handoffs with clear specifications and interaction guidelines.

• Self-Motivation: Demonstrate passion for design, learning, and continuous improvement.

• Office Tools: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and email systems is required.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Adobe Illustrator and other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, colour theory, and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and design handoff workflows.
• Experience designing for dashboards, enterprise SaaS products, or data-heavy applications.

Good-to-Have

• Prior experience of desigining UI for ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive UI best practices.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks like React or Vue is a plus but not required.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Applications, Fine Arts, or Engineering is preferred.
Self-taught designers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skillset
