Inspira Software Services Pvt. Ltd. is a 30+ year-old enterprise software product company specializing in business process automation. We are now building a next-generation suite of AI-embedded, cloud-native ERP and CRM software products, designed for scalability, usability, and 24×7 enterprise operations.

We’re looking for a talented Web Designer with a strong grasp of both UI/UX principles and modern website design tools to shape the visual identity of our products and our digital presence.

Role Overview

This role combines product UI/UX design and marketing website design. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and business analysts to create elegant, responsive user interfaces — and also build high-impact web pages using modern design platforms like Webflow or Framer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design clean, modern, and intuitive web and mobile UIs for ERP, CRM, and Project Management modules
• Convert business workflows into interactive wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Build responsive landing pages and marketing websites using no-code tools such as Webflow + Relume, Framer, or Durable
• Ensure a consistent design system and UI component library across all products
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into visual designs
• Conduct usability testing and refine user flows to improve experience
• Deliver mobile-first, accessible designs with attention to performance and detail
• Ensure pixel-perfect developer handoff with clear specs and interaction guides

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, color theory, and responsive design principles
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and design handoff workflows
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms like Webflow, Framer, Durable, TeleportHQ, or Zyro
• Experience designing for dashboards, enterprise SaaS, or data-heavy applications is a major plus

Good-to-Have

• Prior experience of desigining UI for ERP, CRM, or workflow automation tools
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive UI best practices
• Exposure to front-end frameworks like React or Vue is a plus but not required
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional teams

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Applications, Fine Arts, or Engineering is preferred.
(However, we are equally open to self-taught designers with a strong portfolio.)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skillset
