Role Overview

We are expanding our Wealth Partnerships vertical and are hiring a Wealth Channel Partnerships Manager to build strong alliances across the wealth ecosystem. The role involves acquiring, managing, and scaling partnerships with Banks, Wealth Platforms, IFAs, RIAs, and Family Offices, supporting AUM growth for our PMS and AIF products.


Responsibilities

Strategic Channel Development

  • Build and manage partnerships with Banks, Wealth Platforms, Family Offices, IFAs, and Distribution Channels.
  • Create a scalable partner ecosystem to expand reach across India.

AUM Growth Through Partnerships

  • Drive the distribution of PMS & AIF products through channel partners.
  • Lead product presentations, platform onboarding discussions, and relationship reviews.
  • Track and achieve quarterly and annual AUM growth targets.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong bonds with senior stakeholders in the Wealth Management industry.
  • Act as the bridge between external distribution partners and internal Noida teams (Trading, Compliance, Risk, Finance).

Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Monitor competitor offerings, investor sentiment, and wealth-channel trends.
  • Provide insights to leadership for product positioning and business expansion.


Qualifications

  • 4–10 years of experience in Wealth Management, Distribution Sales, PMS/AIF Sales, Banking Alliances, or Channel Partnerships.
  • Strong existing relationships with Banks, Wealth Platforms, IFAs, RIAs, and Family Offices.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling AUM through channel partnerships.
  • Should have ongoing business relationships that can support early traction and contribute to AUM build-up initially and over time.
  • Skilled in presenting complex investment products with clarity.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
