Job Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job portals & references
Conduct initial HR screenings & coordinate interviews
Build professional relationships with candidates & ensure a smooth hiring process
Work towards recruitment targets & team success
Maintain proper recruitment trackers & reports

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)
Fluency and confidence in English is mandatory
Active, professional, and career-oriented personality
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, job portals)
Strong interpersonal & convincing skills
