WBCG: FIG - CM Broker Head

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Wholesale Banking Coverage Group (WBCG) as a FIG CM Broker Head The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the ficial industry

• Prepare plans for the growth of the FIG in consultation with the Segment Head
• Lead a team of RMs and Credit Analysts for business development and enhance corporate relationships
• Source new customers to generate revenue for Fund Based and non-fund based products
• Strengthen relationships with existing customer base to generate sustained business and identify opportunities for cross-sell
• Ensure prudent portfolio management and diversification of risk in partnership with the Credit Team
• Implement due processes, guidelines, and Bank's code of conduct in all transactions
• Review daily/periodic reports to identify business opportunities and act upon early warning signals
• Provide feedback to Risk Management/Credit/Product Policy/Process Monitoring Teams for streamlining processes to ensure TAT reduction, risk diversification, and inclusive policy

• In-depth knowledge of key drivers and indicators in relevant sectors
• Solid understanding of ficial statements and ratios
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory norms
• Good relationship management and strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work with a team and lead by example
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A CFA/CA/MBA (Fice) from a recognized institute is preferred
• Candidates should possess an undergraduate degree in any field
