Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to increase sales revenue.
Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong knowledge of FMCG products and sales principles, including marketing and promotion strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives and goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
Proficiency in sales software and technology to manage sales operations and performance metrics.
