Insect Culture Maintenance: Rearing and maintenance of insect cultures in controlled conditions. Support entomology experiments in coordination with the technical team. Laboratory Inventory Management: Maintain records of chemicals, media, glassware, and other laboratory consumables. Ensure timely indent and stock maintenance. SOP-based Work Execution: Follow established SOPs for all laboratory practices and ensure documentation of procedures. Laboratory Discipline & Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the laboratory environment. Adhere to safety guidelines and report any deviation or incident. Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of plant pathogen handling and culturing techniques. Experience in conducting lab and greenhouse bio-efficacy trials. Role Description : The primary role of this job is to conduction and supervision of bio-efficacy trials and demos given by Portfolio Managers (Insecticide, Fungicide, Herbicide & Nutraceuticals, Biopesticides) on farmers field ifollowed by timely submission of trial reports to respective portfolio managers. Zonal FTM is also responsible for providing technical support to sales and marketing team. This position helps to get the field information and need of farmer, thats serve as bases for any new product development. Responsibilities: 1. Identification of the Trial location: Plot search and coordination with a local farmer for the trial field. Plot selection according to trial requirement. A survey on pest /disease/weeds prone geography and selection of location will be based on that. 2.Conduction of bio-efficacy Trials: Conduction of bio-efficacy and comparative trials as per the provided protocol. Regular visit to trial plot to ensure that there is no loss to biotic/abiotic factors. Data observation and submission to next level at regular intervals along with photographs. Sample purchase and maintenance of logbook. 3. Market survey and support: Hotspots geographies for trial conduction. Identify as well as report new crop pest issue with possible solution/new technology. Monthly crop pest information of respective state to reporting manager. Quick update on any new govt policies/ rule/ban on pesticides/Package. Provide data for all technical database. Market research to be up-to-date for the newest arrived molecule includes a collection of price, efficacy review /testing, farmer review, label-leaflet collection. Field demo conduction for marketing team and supervision. Interaction with Retail & Marketing team/query resolution on demand basis. Organize training for ASO as per requirement. Participation in campaigning launching of new products farmer meetings as per requirement. 4.Report preparation and documentation. Statistical data analysis and report preparation of the bio-efficacy trials. Report preparation of comparative molecule analysis trials. Job Title: Legal Field Officer Location: South India (Preferred proficiency in Telugu) Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated Field Recovery Officer to handle legal recovery processes, coordinate with law enforcement agencies, and ensure timely resolution of cases. The role requires extensive fieldwork, including visits to concerned parties and legal authorities to support litigation and recovery efforts. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Litigation & Legal Recovery: Conduct pre-litigation visits to potential legal defaulting CPs (Channel Partner) as a preventive measure. Conduct post-litigation visits to CPs with pending recovery or criminal proceedings. Coordination & Legal Assistance: Collaborate with advocates, recovery agents, and local police. Maintain regular contact with local law enforcement, visit police stations, lawyers offices, and courts. Facilitate legal procedures by traveling with Delhi police for serving warrants, summons, and other legal documents. Follow-Up & Reporting: Conduct daily follow-ups via telephonic calls and maintain a log. Maintain visit records and summarize key findings in an Excel sheet.
